PROFESIONAL EXPERIENCE
Xavi Garriga is maybe, one of the best voices of our country. His trajectory is extensive, because he’s been part of the most ambitious goups and projects of the latest years.

Within the so called “black” music (blues, soul, jazz,...) he is, no doubt, one of the major exponents and has the privilege of counting amongst his friends and collaborators the best musicians in Barcelona. In 1987 creates theformation "A capella", from which he’s the director and arranger.
Nowadays, he directs the "Coro del Taller de Músicos". The repertoire includes Jazz classics, , rock, pop,... makes him an atypical hart that offers an alternative to the National Choir landscape. He has had the luck of performing with extraordinary musicians, Like Joan Albert Amargós, Josep Mª Bardagí, Lluís Vidal and Toni Olaf Sabater.

EDUCATION
"Institut Superior de Nuevos Profesionaless de la Generalitat de Catalunya" .
Studied at the "Conservatorio Municipal de Barcelona", in the "Aula y el Taller de Músicos".
Guitar and harmony with Arthur Bernstein.
Vocal Technique with Maria Pacreu and Joaquim Proubasta.
